Governance Green	Project governance is currently rated Green but is trending Yellow due to the delayed submission of the CEHR Project Status Reports (PSR) for December 2025. In accordance with SIMM 45 policy, PSRs are required to be submitted monthly for all IT projects reportable to CDT. •Executive Steering Committee meetings are now being conducted consistently on a monthly basis. • The project team is fully established and appropriately empowered to plan and manage scope and workload. • Overall, the project’s governance practices remain aligned with the currently approved Governance Plan. Deliverable D15.1 (Leadership Plan) has been released for review, with comments due by December 31st. Recommendation: Address and correct SIMM Policy gaps. Continue active and visible Project Sponsor engagement in Home activities and ongoing discussions with Home Go-Live Administrators.
