In accordance with SIMM 45 policy, PSRs are required to be submitted monthly for all IT projects reportable to CDT. •Executive Steering Committee meetings are now being conducted consistently on a monthly basis. • The project team is fully established and appropriately empowered to plan and manage scope and workload. • Overall, the project’s governance practices remain aligned with the currently approved Governance Plan. Deliverable D15.1 (Leadership Plan) has been released for review, with comments due by December 31st. Recommendation: Address and correct SIMM Policy gaps.
