• The CalJOBS Modernization Project remains within approved scope, schedule, and budget tolerances, with no confirmed impact to the overall project baseline at this early stage. • Project kickoff and initial oversight activities were completed successfully. • Early vendor deliverable delays, quality concerns, status-reporting compliance, and the development management tool decision are being actively managed and have not yet resulted in a forecasted schedule variance. These items will continue to be closely monitored. • The project continues to report the approved completion date. However, the current schedule does not provide sufficient information to validate that forecast. An updated schedule is in progress.
